Introduction of anticorrosive coating for ductile iron pipe

1, spray zinc anti-corrosion coating
After preheating the nodular cast iron pipe, the pipe body is sprayed with high temperature molten metal zinc solution when the temperature reaches about 600 degrees Celsius. The zinc coating after spraying has good adhesion, is not easy to fall off, and has good anticorrosion performance.
2, asphalt paint anti-corrosion coating
Asphalt coating is the external anticorrosion treatment of dry water supply and gas supply pipe body. Before spraying, the nodular cast iron tube body is preheated to 80-100 degrees and then sprayed. After heating, spraying improves the adhesion of asphalt layer and can be dried quickly.
3, cement mortar lining + special anti-corrosion coating
Cement mortar lining anticorrosive layer this internal anticorrosive measure is suitable for dry transport water supply, and discharge of sewage state body pipeline, water supply and discharge of sewage with different internal cement mortar coating, can improve the corrosion resistance of ductile iron pipe wall, isolated water and cast iron layer, so as not to cause water pollution.
3, coal epoxy asphalt anti-corrosion coating
Coal tar epoxy coating is suitable for both water supply and sewage pipelines. It is a two-component sub coating with high adhesion and a very smooth surface.
4, epoxy ceramic thief lined with anticorrosive coating
Epoxy ceramic lining is suitable for pipes with high requirements for water supply, oil supply and special chemical fluids. Epoxy ceramic lining has high adhesion and light clarity, and very little liquid resistance. It is an excellent anti-corrosion coating. But by the dry manufacturing process is relatively high, high cost, so there are certain limitations in use.
5, aluminate cement coating and sulfate cement anticorrosive coating
These two special cement coatings are suitable for the internal anticorrosion of nodular cast iron pipes used in sewage pipelines to improve the corrosion resistance of acid and alkali components in sewage.
6, polyurethane anticorrosive coating
Polyurethane is called polyurethane, is the main chain containing repeated carbamate group of macromolecular compounds. It is composed of organic diisocyanate or polyisocyanate and dihydroxyl or polyhydroxyl compound copolymerization. It not only has excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, cracking resistance, uv resistance and high and low temperature resistance, with high strength, high wear resistance and solvent resistance. The coating is also expensive to produce.
